Potential Contact for testing

On the weekend of 10-06-2006 I met a very interesting person, he was in the team that discovered the actual body of the person who had the 1918 Bird Flu ! This man has a very good understnading of the micro-biology aspect of the genitic makup of the virus, and seems to think that with proper testing people who have issues with the Anthrax vaccine may get some toyp of a result by doing some type of testing.

Your anthrax project is most interesting. I think it lends itself to experimentation along the line of improving the function of the immune system.

It would cost some money, about $500, to study one volunteer. The problem will probably be that these patients have something to gain by remaining “ill” from a disease that has not been definitively identified for diagnostic purposes.

There might be someone, however, who sincerely wants to recover. That is the individual you want.

New Vaccine will not meet deadline

25. March 17, XXXXXXX XXXX — Anthrax vaccine won't meet deadline. The government's effort to develop a new anthrax vaccine has run into difficulty, with the company in charge of the project reporting failure in a major human test and falling at least a year behind schedule.
Officers at VaxGen Inc. of Brisbane, CA, said in interviews that they believe they have isolated the problem with their vaccine and are well on their way to fixing it. But they acknowledged that they have no hope of meeting a deadline to deliver 25 million doses of the vaccine into a national stockpile by November and will default on their contract with the government unless it grants an extension they have requested. Until the full stockpile of 75 million doses is ready, the U.S. would depend on antibiotics to treat a large−scale anthrax attack, a strategy that terrorists could overcome by creating antibiotic−resistant anthrax.
