OPTION ONE MORTGAGE, Inc., Irvine, CA (2003 – 2004) Management Consultant Manage Vendor Relations, Financial Reporting and internal IT department Process Improvement Initiatives.  Creation of processes and procedures for managing contracts, request for proposals, purchase orders and invoices. Consolidate, categorize and review all contracts for compliance and completion dates.  Identify priority contracts to eliminate any surprises and facilitate favorable renewal negotiations. ·Review master agreements and SOWs to ensure new contracts are technically correct and uniformly processed.  Created and Managed financial reports to track actual, pending and forecast purchase order and invoice expenditures. 

U.S. NAVY (2001 – 2003) Naval Officer (Captain) Recalled to active duty as Deputy Director, Coalition Maritime Planning Group for Global War On Terrorism.  Directed operations and planning for the 17 nations Maritime Coalition in the fight against terrorism.  Initiated, briefed and overall responsible for writing the Maritime Campaign Plan for Coalition Joint Force Commander.  Created real-time operational tools matrix to determine multinational combat forces (people, ships and aircraft) required.  Developed, shaped and influenced operational plans that were directly used in operations against terrorism. 

NEXGENIX, Inc., Irvine, CA (1999 - 2001) Operations Director Directed operations for E-commerce company. Managed service delivery and resource allocation for over 250 technical resources.  Managed regional P&L of $60 million achieving an average 45% net margin. · Improved allocation processes resulting in a 90% average utilization of resources and significant productivity gains. 

ENTEX INFORMATION SERVICES, Irvine, CA (1997 - 1999) Enterprise Manager Managed information technology for computer outsourcing company. Led 29 direct support personnel and managed the installation, maintenance, repair and upgrade of computer systems. · Managed Profit and Loss center of $4.4 million achieving a consistent 22% net margin. · Improved key performance indicators, response and resolution times, achieving results of 100% and 92% respectively.  Raised customer satisfaction levels from 2.78 to 3.73 on a 4.00 scale drawing from a 4,500 person client database. 

NORTEL COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS, Cypress, CA (1995 - 1997) Customer Service Manager Managed customer service for telecommunications company. Led 16 direct reports and 15 support personnel and managed daily installation, repair and maintenance of communications equipment.  Achieved Profit & Loss results of 67% gross margin on $3.6 million in revenue.  Improved Area Indices of Appointments and Clear Times met with results of 93% and 89% respectively. 

ERICSSON, Inc., Los Angeles, CA (1993 - 1995) Regional Operations Manager Managed regional office (So Cal & Hawaii) for wireless communications company. Led 30 direct reports and over 10 support personnel installing, testing and servicing wireless communications equipment including cellular and two-way radio systems.  Managed P&L center with an operational budget of $2.8 million on sales of $40 million with a net profit of 15%. · Increased sales from $23 million to $40 million in less than one year.  Managed $15 million in capital inventory consisting of radio base station and switch equipment. 

DATRON ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES, Inc., Simi Valley, CA (1990 - 1993) Program Manager Managed programs for satellite & radio communication, remote sensing and DBS antenna company. Managed overall program design, manufacturing, assembly and testing of high-tech communications equipment.  Managed government and commercial contracts totaling $16 million, generating a 13% net profit margin.  Accountable for profit margin and financial reporting.
