2002-present Watch Commander in a 250-member public safety agency.  Supervises 35 Public Safety Officers with the assistance of two Corporals.  The San Manuel Department of Public Safety provides safety services for the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians on their reservation as well as in their public environments. 

1997-1999 The position of Agency Director, State Fire Marshal Agency is appointed by the Governor to serve as the senior Law Enforcement official for the fire service in the State of Oklahoma. 

1971-1991 As a member of the Coast Guard Reserve, was recalled to active duty in support of Operation Desert Storm from March to September 1991.
